All repairs come with a 3-months warranty. This excludes faults relating to physical or accidental damage or if the device is opened whilst in your possession. If the nature of the repair falls outside the terms of your warranty or guarantee, then you may incur a charge for the repair.

If you take your device to a third party after it has been repaired by Care Original this will void the warranty on your device.

All software related repairs will not be covered by our warranty.

The warranty only covers the original repair. For example, if you pay for a screen repair and the screen becomes faulty, you will be covered with a 90 days warranty. If any additional faults occur that are not related to the original repair this will not be covered under warranty and will need to be paid for.

If problem in your phone motherboard, then in that case, we will not provide warranty for the rest of the parts.

Warranty will be only on Display, Touch, Charging sub board &Battery.All warranty claims have to be reported within the warranty period only.

Repair Process & Delays:

We aim to repair your device within 24-48 hours of receiving it. This is just an aim we target as a company, this is not a promise, as every repair varies in time and difficulty. Although 99.3% of all repairs get done on the same day, sometimes we encounter further issues that slow the repair down.

If for any reason your repair will take longer, you will be notified of the reason and the estimated completion date.

We reserve the right to make changes to this website and terms and conditions.

We operate a no fix, no fee policy.

Pick-and-drop policy:

Care Original �pick and drop� service is beneficial to customers who cannot reach to the store due to their busy schedule or traffic complexities. We provide you the best and cheapest mobile repairing service including picking up your mobile from your destined location to dropping it after repair. We guarantee good work and the best service.

Cancellation policy:

For the first 30 minutes after the order is placed, buyers can cancel their own order using the Cancel Items button located in My Account > Your Orders on Care Original. After 30 minutes, the buyer can request a cancellation, but only the seller can cancel the order.

Return policy:

10 Days Replacement/Refund This item is eligible for return within 10 days of delivery. You can avail replacement, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you. You can also return the product for a full refund

Refund policy:

Once product sold damaged/defective found, and customer provide proper evidence and after verification done in video evidence and received in same condition as sold the refund processed and executed with 7 days in customer account as ordered.

About Shipping Preferences

Every time you place an order via the Shopping Cart that contains more than one delivery date, you can choose for your order to be shipped in the fewest possible packages or for your order to be shipped as soon as each item it becomes available.

You can change your shipping preferences in Your Account at any time after placing your order as long as the order hasn’t entered the shipping process yet.

Deliver items in fewest possible packages For items that are in stock, your orders will be consolidated into the fewest number of shipments possible. This may take longer to ship depending on product availability, but there will only be one shipping charge for the entire order. I want my items faster. Ship each item as soon as it becomes available (at additional cost)

For items that are in stock, your items ship as they become available. You should choose this option if you want to receive some items quickly.

The number of shipments we make for your order is dependent upon:

  • Location in our fulfillment network
  • Items requiring special shipping and handling (for example, items that are large and/or heavy)

If your order has dissimilar items such as, a book, a computer, and a cordless drill, they may ship separately, depending on where in our fulfillment network they happen to be located. These items are marked on their product detail pages and will ship separately from other items in your order.

Note: You will not be charged more for shipping than the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you place the order. Shippers are selected depending on the weight of the package and the distance it has to travel from our fulfillment center, requests for specific shippers will not be accommodated.
